2. Vocabulary - We'll review this week's roads
3. Reading - don't forget the end of the semester is coming!
4. Paragraphs - Hand in the paragraph about a member of your family that you wrote for today. Before you do that, be sure it has a title! Staple to the back of your final draft the pink half sheet of paper with the two versions you did in class on Thursday.
5. Short Story Unit - We'll begin a new unit today on short stories.
*First, you'll listen to a "chalk talk" about the stories we'll be reading so you can make a choice about which one you want to work on for you project for this unit.
*After that, working in small groups, we'll go through and review a list of literary terms. If there's time today, then we'll go over them together.
ASSIGNMENT: Vocabulary Worksheet for Week 7 is due Monday; in the "Assignment" section of your notebook, make a list of 10 actions that would make you call someone your enemy. After you make your list, then number them from 1-10, with 1 being the worst thing anyone could do to you.
